You will receive a list of items that will be needed included in the email with your Loan Application. If you are just "Stating" your income, ignore the income documents.

For Salaried or Hourly Employees -- Refinance

30 days worth of paystubs
W-2's for the last 2 Years
2 months Bank Statements -- Be sure to send all pages
Copy of your Homeowners Insurance Dec. Page
Copy of Driver's license and Social Security Card for each borrower.
Copy of Resident Alien Card (if applicable)
Copy of your Mortgage Coupon or Statement for all Mortgages or Home Equity Loans

Self Employed - Refinance

2 Years 1040's/1120's/K-1's as applicable
Year to Date Profit and Loss
2 months Bank Statements -- Be sure to send all pages
Copy of your Homeowners Insurance Dec. Page
